Funeral Reception

 The Funeral Reception volunteers assist in preparing a reception in the Parish Hall following a Memorial Service.  This includes planning refreshments and assisting with flowers and everything needed for a reception.  They may coordinate with the kitchen staff as well as the family of the deceased.

 

Skills needed: Preparatory and organizational skills, as well as a love for hostessing and hospitality

 

Time Commitment: As needed

 

Length of Commitment: One year or longer

 

Number of Volunteers: A group of 6 - 8 volunteers would be ideal
