Hospitality Pantry

The Hospitality, or Food Pantry, is Christ Church's outreach to the surrounding neighborhood to provide food to needy families.  The Pantry is open each Saturday morning.  The number of families who receive each week range from 80-120. Prayer ministers are also available for any who request it.

 

Skills Needed: A compassion, love and desire to serve those in need

 

Training Required: None

 

Time Commitment: 2 hours each Saturday morning

 

Length of Commitment: At least one year, in order to establish relationships with those who receive

 

Number of Volunteers: 8-10

     This is one of the best, if not the best, ministry offered at Christ Church.  It responds to Jesus' directive to feed      the orphans and widows, and those in need.
