We are developing a "permission giving" way of doing ministry. This means that you sense a calling for ministry, and if that call fits with our Mission Statement and Core Values, you already have permission to move into and develop the ministry. We have a parish leadership that wants to release our members for Christian service, not maintain control and micro-manage.
