New Member’s Class

  • Who - For adults old and new who are interested in exploring the meaning of your faith in Jesus Christ and how you can grow at Christ Church and everyone who is interested in deepening your experience with God. John Barrett will lead the six Sunday school sessions.
  • What - A relaxed time to come, ask questions, hear why Christ Church is the special place it is, where we are going in the future, and how you can be a part of the excitement. This day will also serve as Confirmation instruction for those wishing to be confirmed Episcopalian when the Bishop visits. You will leave knowing how to spell "Episcopalian" and having a clearer picture of what it means to be a member of Christ Church.
  • When - Beginning September 14 through October 19, 10:00 – 10:50 AM
  • Where - Parish Hall.
  • How to register - If you are planning to come, contact Maurine at maurinem@cecsa.org.
  • Please visit our Sunday Morning page for more information.

Wonderful foundational teachings are offered through Alpha and the New Members Class. Alpha presents the basic teachings of Christianity, while the New Members Class offers new members (and all interested individuals) insight into the formation of the Episcopal Church, our history, and our beliefs.
