Home Groups
Essential to our personal growth is the strength we
receive from other Christians who support us with
caring, loving friendship, and guidance. Small groups
form as the spirit moves us and meet at varying times
and places. Become a part of the small group life
of the church! Please contact Greg Sethness 822-4160
if you are looking for a group.

Morning Women’s Bible Studies
We’ll meet on Thursday mornings from 10 AM - 12 Noon for 11 weeks at a time. Workbooks are available.
Next study begins Thursday, September 11. We will study the Beth Moore series Believing God: Experiencing a Fresh Explosion of Faith. Originating from a concept introduced in Isaiah 43:10, Believing God examines what it means to believe God rather than only believe in Him. Through studying the lives of Abraham, Moses, and others from Hebrews 11 as examples of persons who believed God, Beth encourages women to deepen their own trust in God and receive a fresh word from Him. This 11-week study parallels a personal journey Beth took in coming to understand what it means to believe God.
To register, contact Cherelle at 736-3132 or cherellel@cecsa.org.
Men's Bible Studies
Thursday mornings in the Parish Hall, 7:00-8:00 AM
Come study the given readings for the upcoming Sunday service. This group of men has been meeting for many years, delving into God’s word, comfortably sharing with each other, and eating a delicious breakfast cooked by the men themselves. Contact Austin Moore at 826-1333 or Sam Wright at 828-4416.
Bible Study at Frost Bank
This group meets Friday mornings from 7:30-8:15 AM in the downtown Frost Bank. Come to the Founders’ Room in the lobby. Led by Chuck Collins, this long-time, year-round group of men and women work their way through various books of the Bible. It is a great way for those who work downtown to grow in God’s word.
