World Missions - Taking Christ to the World

Relationship Oriented
Taking Christ to the world calls us to the areas outside the city limits of San Antonio. At present the church sends members to Russia, Uganda and Mexico. We have found, in order to fulfill our purpose and mission, it is necessary to provide for physical needs and establish personal relationships first with those whom we have been called to share the name of Jesus. Because of this ideology, the missions we support tend to be little in number. Our support typically extends over several years and allows us the time to develop personal relationships with those to whom we minister.

In addition to the areas listed, we support projects and people who come to us through our parish membership, the Diocese Missions office or groups we are involved with through our current missions work. Our goal is to be personally involved in each mission effort on some level before money is designated.

Mission Meetings
Please come visit the missions committee and share any ideas you may have on missions work both in the United States and abroad. We would like to encourage everyone to seek out God's will in regards to reaching out to others with love and the gospel. Contact the chairman of the church office for meeting times.
